This Privacy Policy explains how Avoryx Design (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by Zoltan Levente Arpasi, a private individual based in Hungary, collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit avoryxdesign.com or engage our services.

As an individual service provider (not yet a registered company), Zoltan Levente Arpasi is the data controller responsible for your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect:

- Your email address
- Your business name
We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking scripts on this website.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Discuss and scope your website project
- Deliver project updates and communicate during the build process
- Send occasional service-related or promotional emails, where you have not opted out
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data under the following legal bases:
- Contract — to take steps toward, and perform, a service agreement with you
- Legitimate interest — to respond to inquiries and follow up on unanswered messages
5. AI-Assisted Processing
We use AI-assisted tools to help draft proposals, generate website content, and manage client communications, including for international clients. Where this involves processing your data using third-party AI service providers, some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.
6. Payments
All payments are processed externally through third-party payment providers (Wise and/or Revolut). We do not collect, process, or store your card or bank details directly. Please refer to Wise’s and Revolut’s own privacy policies for details on how they handle your payment information.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- Third-party AI service providers assisting with proposal drafting, website generation, or communications (see Section 5)
- Payment processors (Wise, Revolut) for processing payments
- Hosting providers, as necessary to deliver and support your website
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable tax/accounting law once formal business registration is in place. Inquiry data from prospects who do not become clients is deleted after 12 months of inactivity.
9. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH)

Our services are directed at businesses, not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
