What does Avoryx Design do?
We design and build custom websites for small businesses — from the initial build through publishing and ongoing support. Sites can be delivered in multiple languages, including English and German, on request.
Who am I working with?
Avoryx Design is run by Zoltan Levente Arpasi, an independent website designer based in Budapest, Hungary. You work directly with us — no middlemen.
Do you use AI?
Yes. We use AI-assisted tools to help draft proposals, generate and refine website content, and manage client communications. A real person reviews and directs the work — the AI speeds things up, it doesn’t replace the human judgment that goes into your site.
How does the process work?
- Discovery — We learn about your business and what you want from your site.
- Deposit — A 50% deposit confirms your project and gets us started.
- Build & preview — We build your site and send a private preview link (not on your live domain) for review.
- Revisions — You get up to 2 rounds of revisions on the preview.
- Final payment — Once you approve, the remaining balance is due.
- Go live — We publish to your domain after full payment.
How much does it cost?
Each project is quoted individually based on scope, in euros (EUR). You pay a 50% deposit to begin and the balance before your site goes live. Ongoing support is €99/month — and your first month is free.
What’s included in the €99/month support?
Hosting, uptime monitoring, and minor edits. Larger changes — new pages, redesigns, or added features — are quoted separately. You can cancel the monthly support anytime; cancelling stops future billing and doesn’t affect work already delivered.
How do I pay?
Via a Wise or Revolut payment link. We never collect or store your card or bank details — payments are handled entirely by those providers.
How long does a website take?
Timelines depend on the size of the project and how quickly you get us your content and feedback. We’ll give you an estimate up front; delays in providing materials can push the timeline out.
Can I get a refund?
- Cancel before we start the build → full deposit refund.
- Cancel after the build starts but before publishing → the deposit is non-refundable, but nothing further is owed.
- Once the site is live → payments are final, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Who owns the website?
You do — full ownership transfers to you once final payment is received. Until then, the work remains ours.
What about my data and privacy?
We only collect what you send us (name, email, business name) to respond and deliver your project. We don’t use cookies or tracking on our site. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, and your rights under GDPR are covered there too.
